We provide advice and strategic support to creative and social organisations of all sizes, from individual artists and grassroots groups to large institutions, drawing on our expertise in creativity and values, governance and operations, and community engagement. We work with our clients and partners to develop thoughtful, equitable approaches towards sustainable creative practice that are grounded in both evidence and lived experience.
If you are interested in how we could advise you or your organisation, please get in touch.
→SUPPORT FOR CREATIVES
We offer thoughtful, practical support for creatives to help move forward with clarity and care. Our approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the realities of creative work.
→PRACTICAL DREAMING
Practical Dreaming is one of our flagship services, equipping participants with the skills to sustain their creative work and growing their confidence in the professional literacies that complement their artistic skills, including strategic thinking, financial planning, personal / organisational development and reflective practice.
→INCLUSIVE STRATEGIES
We help create inclusive strategies that drive meaningful, measurable change. Whether delivering workshops for ADAHK or providing an access audit for a work-in-progress by Keisha Thompson, we support work that ensures everyone has equitable opportunities to participate, contribute, and succeed.
→SECTOR GUIDE TALKS
We give talks and presentations in collaboration with partners who have lived experience of working in the arts and cultural sector to benefit people at any stage of their careers.
Based on these talks and questions from the attendees, we create resources to share more widely, like our resource for graphic designers.
