We operate with a small core team supported on a project-by-project basis by a team of freelance collaborators.

In late 2022, we embedded our Board of Trustees, bringing together expertise across the arts, health, education, social justice and technology sectors. As well as supporting STAF’s leadership as trustees, this group will explore the complexities of charity governance, working towards the development of a community-connected governance model.
