We collaborate on community-led research that centres the knowledge, experiences, and priorities of the people most affected by the issues being explored. Using participatory and collaborative methods, we work with communities as partners throughout the research process to produce evidence that is grounded in lived experience, often place-based, and supports meaningful creative and social change.
We also use active listening, writing blogs and articles, and critical reflection on practice as research methods. By listening to others' experiences, documenting ideas, and reflecting on our own actions, we deepen our understanding of where systemic gaps and barriers are in current ways of working, helping us to generate new insights, and continually improve our practice.
