Harpreet Kaur is a strategic connector, ecosystem builder, and advocate for equity, working at the intersection of creativity, innovation, and social change. With over 20 years of cross-sector experience across the UK and internationally, she brings a global and socio-political lens to her work — shaped by an MSc in International Relations and Gender from the University of Bristol.
Her career spans arts, culture, policy, community development, and most recently, tech innovation — where she has coordinated a major AI accelerator in the North of England, supporting diverse founders and building inclusive ecosystems.
Harpreet has worked with a wide range of partners including public bodies, cultural institutions, universities, and grassroots organisations. As a freelancer, entrepreneur, and strategist, she has secured funding for original research and led campaigns on climate justice, inclusion, and cultural value. She’s also a BBC Expert Woman and a regular contributor to contemporary arts publications such as The Fourdrinier and Corridor 8.
She is also a trustee of Art Gene, a pioneering arts organisation based in Barrow-in-Furness that explores and reimagines the social, natural, and built environment through artist-led projects.
