LEADING INDEPENDENTLY
Tuesday, 14 June 2022 // 8:30 am - 9:30 am // FREE: REGISTER HERE
How are individuals exercising leadership without and beyond organisational labels and positions?
Hear from independent voices, Lora Krasteva, Vijay Patel, and Emma Blake Morsi, who are each demonstrating their unique modes of leadership, and making impact across the sector - affecting conditions not only for themselves, but for others, whilst building their careers and staying true to their values.
Hear them talk about their practice and let’s consider, together, ways in which we might restructure our view of leadership (both externally and internally) and build better support for new and diverse leadership models.
This session is led by Tracy Gentles, Creative Director/CEO at Something To Aim For, and Dr. Amit S. Rai, from the School of Business and Management at Queen Mary University of London, drawing on collaborative research project Performing Leadership Differently.
